Stopped by yesterday right before they closed. The woman who helped us (owner or baker) was extremely helpful. The blueberry cupcake was delicious as were the truffles.

We stopped by this delightful little shop today after seeing the Vanderbilt Mansion in Hyde Park. They had beautiful cupcakes and chocolates as well as a great selection of cookies. They are gluten free and a whole bunch of other allergy conditions. The oatmeal cookies were great. I didn’t try them but they also had salads. Based on the care taken with the baked goods I would definitely be excited to try anything else they make.

Emys is totally gluten free and is free of most major allergens. It is a great place to get a sweet treat.

Count me as a fan. We discovered this little place a short drive from our hotel during a weekend trip to the Hudson Valley. Great food, amazing treats. Fast, friendly service. Everything is gluten-free, vegan and free of the major allergens but you wouldn't guess it from the flavor. Keep in mind that there's no indoor seating. Also, be prepared to bust your budget. Their prices are high, even for gf.

My wife and I stopped here a weeks back. It was an overpowering experience of overly sweet. We were hopeful so we bought a couple of different things. However, we regretted it. We wouldn’t recommend or go back.

I love everything about Emy Delights and bites! Great service, awesome avocado toast, done multiple ways, scrumptious baked goods, and the best gluten free vegan shepherd’s pie I have ever had!!! I have to pace myself; I could eat there every meal!!!

We didn't enjoy it at all when we went. My boyfriend and I both got waffles and they were inedible; the texture was rock hard and the taste was as close to cardboard as I can imagine.

We ordered a variety of desserts to sample and oh my goodness was that an expensive mistake:

- The cupcakes were excessively frosted (and the icing was gross) and the actual cake itself was so inedible we both spit out the only bite we took

- The black and white cookie was underdone in the middle, dense and lacked flavor. Didn't finish it.

- The donuts were dense, excessively and sweet and the texture was off.

Go to Meredith's across the Hudson River; it's a lot better.

Emy’s Delights & Bites has by far the best baked goods, cakes, cupcakes, breakfasts, waffles, take-out meals, and other goodies of any bakery or restaurant that caters to those with food allergies in the Tri-State Area. I’ve tried countless other allergen-friendly places and none compare. Her operation is truly one of a kind and you must visit! She even ships certain items nationally right to your doorstep. Even though I’ve moved away from the Hudson Valley, I still have whatever items Emy’s has available online shipped to me because they are just that good.

Got my son's first birthday cake and cupcakes from here and they were beyond delicious without any worry of cross contamination! We have been back many times for the assorted desserts!

This is, without a doubt, my FAVORITE PLACE ON EARTH! It's the one and only food establishment (of any variety) that I can walk into and order ANYTHING off the menu without fear of allergy or immune response. Vegan or otherwise, Emy's has the best tasting desserts I've ever put in my mouth and my eyes are just as pleased as my mouth. The case is always well-stocked (until our family leaves, that is) with the most beautiful and well-decorated cookies, cupcakes, breads, truffles, cake pops, chocolate barks, you name it. I couldn't ask for more but, there is still more to offer- Emy! Emy has got to be the absolute sweetest person I've ever and it's no surprise that her sweetness spills over into her passion for baking! You could never ask for a kinder, more generous business owner than Emy and I cannot recommend this place enough. Our family has been known, on more than one occasion to make the 3+ hour drive up to Emy's just for some cookies and cupcakes and we'll be doing that again next week! Hope to see you there!

Hands down the best cafe/bakery I have been to. It’s 100% gluten free. The owner goes as far as calling the companies she sources her ingredients from to make sure the facility is safe.

Everything is gluten-free and there’s a huge selection. There’s sandwiches, salads, desserts, roasts, and so much more. Her desserts are out of this world. Everything I’ve had is absolutely delicious.

This establishment is also top 9 allergy free too. There are no nuts, no dairy, no peanuts, gluten, wheat, and everything is vegan.

Adorable little cafe that has delish avocado/hummus toasts and great dessert treats. Our entire family enjoyed it.

We stopped in on our way home to New Hampshire and our experience was phenomenal. Our kiddos both have Celiac Disease and we felt confident that the whole establishment was safe. My son even asked “is everything in here gluten free?” I was excited to be able to tell him yes! The pasta salad I had was delicious and our kids loved the baked goodies. The owner even brought us some additional cookies to try. I was happy to hear that they deliver nationwide! We will certainly be getting some of those cake pops delivered to NH.

My daughter and I came here for a gluten free take out breakfast. We had the most delicious Avocado Toast and Fruit Smoothie Bowl. Being celiacs, it was so nice to be able to pick up something quick without worrying about gluten contamination. In fact, everything is made in house without the top 9 major allergens. We even took home some delicious dessert treats for later. They were just as yummy and the owner couldn’t be more sweet and friendly herself! We’ll definitely be back!
