Es gibt glutenfreie Optionen, wie z. B. Enchiladas de Pollo (100 % glutenfrei und auch frei von Kreuzkontaminationen). Sehr lecker! Fries sind auch separat frittiert.
BROT IST NICHT GLUTENFREI!
Obwohl das Brot aus Mais hergestellt wird, enthält es Weizen und Roggen.
Sie haben eine sehr gute Allergenliste!
Es gibt auch weitere glutenfreie Optionen wie Tacos, Taquitos con pollo, Chicken Wings…aber für Zöliakiebetroffene ist Vorsicht geboten, da das Risiko einer Kreuzkontamination besteht.
