I bought gluten-free waffle mix, cookies, rolls, and loaf of bread. The staff was very helpful at which products had nuts in them. They also encouraged me to keep the bread in the refrigerator. The bread thawed out very nicely and wasn’t soggy! The pancake mix has best consistency of a “normal” pancake that I have tried since living in Mexico.

This little bakery is pretty out of the way so stock up while you are there. It is not a cafe or restaurant. You can buy pasta and raviolis to prepare at home. They are great. The brownies are insanely good. I loved getting to have the yummy mexico sweet bread, since I saw it everywhere but could not eat it. They will give you samples, which I appreciate. Everything is GF.

Super dedicated facility. Can accommodate non casein non lactose and no sugar too. Can do special orders. They have samples. Some items taste like old fashioned gluten free cardboard. But the muffins are super delicious. And brownies. They have a yummy soup broth base and other seasonings.
