This is the restaurant inside the Paros Comfy Suites hotel. They don’t have a lot of naturally gluten free dishes on the menu, but were very willing to make adjustments for me. They were extremely cautious and took good care of me. The chef can make a gluten free version of tiramisu that I highly recommend - it’s just the mascarpone inside of a white chocolate shell with espresso grounds sprinkled on top. So good!
