Our waiter had the manager Angel speak with us and Angel was very knowledgeable. He told us exactly what we could and couldn't have and if was unsure about something he double checked with the chef first. The food was pretty good and it was safe to eat.

The manager and waitress were extremely accommodating. They created a gluten free pasta dish that they cooked for my 10 year old daughter and altered the burata dish to make it gluten free. Both dishes came up safe per our Nima sensor. I would highly recommend!
