I would NOT eat here if you have celiac or a wheat allergy. I had never been here before so I was optimistic. While waiting for my pizza I noticed one of the chefs mixing the cheese around with his bare hands. Then he spread out some dough for a while and went back to mixing the cheese. He had not washed his hands in between so that was very alarming. I asked the waitress but she said that everyone in the kitchen wore gloves. NO ONE was wearing gloves. I ended up not eating the pizza so some of my family had it instead. The waitress later asked me what would happen if I ate gluten which seems a little suspicious but she could just be curious. No hate to anyone who works there but I don’t think they should say that their gluten free pizza is safe if cross contamination is highly likely to happen.
