Absolutely delicious!! Everything we tried was so tasty and I couldn’t believe how good the chicken sandwich is.

Loco Moco with grilled chicken, ginger veggies, house spicy sauce and caveman ketchup were very tasty as well. Will totally return next time we are in Wilmington.

First crispy chicken sandwich i've had in seven years, It was absolutely delicious. I had to double check on the bun because it was so good. It did not taste like a gluten free bun. Staff was knowledgeable about gluten and they have separate friers and toaster for food. I had absolutely no issues. I will definitely be back.

I have several severe food allergies and I just love this place. The staff is knowledgeable and really care about making your experience great. The good is so good. I have not had crispy chicken in 15 yrs and it’s AMAZING! They also have options which makes it fun to eat there! Thank you Epic Food!! They have designated fryer and toasters for gluten free! I loved the fried chicken tenders and the house sauce. The sweet potato chips were great. I also spotted key lime pie in the refrigerator section that was delicious. I had wanted a piece of key lime pie when my husband ordered a gluten one this week. I was so happy!

Everyone left full and happy! Amazing food, wonderful staff, all around couldn’t be happier. Nice to have fried chicken! Kids eat free on Friday so we totally lucked out. Everything is GF outside of their whole wheat bun and wrap.

I am so thankful for this app! If it wasn’t for this app and all you peeps that post reviews, I would never have known about this place. Absolutely great atmosphere, great food, and great staff. I was able to enjoy a GF fried chicken sandwich for the first time in a long time. The sweet potato fries are a nice treat and the lemon/cucumber water is a nice add. I normally get mayo and lettuce on my sandwich, but decided to try their in-house ranch and pickles. Glad I did!

I love going to epic for lunch, the food is delicious and they are always careful with which meals are gluten free and which are not. A large portion of the menu is available gluten free and ALWAYS delicious! Staff is wonderful and understanding. Our favorite go to is the fried chickpeas!

Wow! Loved this place. Both of the people we placed the order with had Celiac and were reassuring of how careful they are with their ingredients and cross contamination. The kids got the chicken tenders (crispy and delicious), we ordered chicken salad on a gf bun (SO good), a crispy chicken sandwich (SO good), and Thai bowl (yum!), side of sweet potato fries and fruit. I’ll say it again, really loved this place!

Always love coming to EPIC when we come into town! We have one celiac and two dairy free/gluten intolerant, and we can all eat carefully here. Best GF crispy chicken sandwich! Usually have gluten free desserts on hand too. Great smoothies too. Good service and nice staff. Highly recommend!

We used the Find GF app to locate choices for dining after a trip to the beach. We chose Epic Food Co. because we were curious.

We are not disappointed with our choice!

I ordered a Fried Chicken Sandwich. Out of GF buns but I opted to have the chicken over arugula. House pickles and ranch dressing made this dinner a tastebud treat!

My husband ordered the Seared Tofu bowl. His first time trying tofu.

Both with sweet potato chips and water. The chips…. Don’t forget to try the chips!

Our wait was minimal.

We could choose indoor or outdoor seating. Table and seating comfortable. Loved the chairs lol. Clean.

Staff friendly. Affordable.

Both of us will return and we are telling our friends about this food find!

We stopped here for lunch on our way home from a quick beach trip. Ordered the gf fried chicken sandwich... before our meal could be brought to the table, a server notified us that they were out of gf buns and they could put my chicken on a bed of spinach (if I had wanted salad... i would have ordered salad) or they would press some gf tortilla shells to make a type of bun - fried chicken on smooshed tortilla shells? No thanks. An hour down the road home... obviously the food wasnt gf... got sick and had to stop for an hour or so. I'd avoid this place....

Had a delicious, healthy meal here. Did the “pick your own” with salad greens, grilled chicken, black beans, sweet potato, red pepper and onions. They have lots and lots of gf options and food tasted great. Very casual place in a strip mall.

I've been to this restaurant twice. The first time the food was good and the second was mediocre at best. The worst part was they have GF carrot cake for sale but it's mislabeled. So I got seriously glutened and was throwing up from eating cake they sold me and told me was GF.

This is my favorite place in town. It's very casual, but the food is amazing. Breakfast and lunch are pretty simple, but the food is fresh and often local. Dinner can be simple, or you can go for their specials, which usually kick it up a notch. Last, but not least, the infused water is fun, and great on a hot day. You really can't go wrong.

The food was fantastic, they were absolutely aware of and sensitive to my allergy. Only reason it wasn't 5 stars is that they do not have a gluten free beer! :)

As a first timer it can be confusing to navigate. You have to write your order down on a paper, turn it in, get your drink, sit down and they bring you the food. The menu is not clearly marked but most protein bowls, the burger with a gf bun, sweet potato chips and the non-fried nuggets are all gf. Kids liked the chicken, hubby had a protein bowl and I had the burger. Taste was good but burger was dry but bread was great. Sweet pototo chips were yummy

Awesome restaurant! Delicious food! All sauces and dressings are gluten free, even the citrus soy. I am never dissatisfied. Fresh, whole organic foods that make you feel good about going out to eat. Tasty house made sweet potato chips are a must.

Celiac dad PDX is my dad and I agree with him. The food was good but the chicken could have had more breading. Tell them when your ordering that you need to be gluten free. The staff will be very nice about it and were very helpful.

Almost all gluten free (but be clear when ordering). Bison meatballs were OK but I don't like beef all that much either. Sides were great. Fried chicken a little thin on "breading" but tasted good and perfectly cooked. My daughter with celiac ate there and had no problems.

Nearly everything is gluten free. The staff welcomes you in to their relaxed diner-atmosphere like family. You can chose an item from the Epic Way menu or build your own rice or noodle bowl topped with amazing organic veggies, proteins, and house made sauces. If you care to indulge, they have gluten free fried chicken from 6-8pm. This is a gluten free haven for me!
