Person at the counter had to go ask the owner even though restaurants are required to have an allergen binder on hand. She said all the sauces were GF except garlic parm, lemon pepper, & honey mustard. Trusted the previous review about the original being GF though & was able to get double veggies as they said.

Not a single person knew anything about gluten free, or what gluten even is. We just walked out without eating

the staff is very knowledgeable. they serve wings three ways. original is the gluten free option. the others are breaded. you can order the meals with extra veggies instead of bread sticks. they don't have gluten free bread products. their sauces are gf. the mild and medium have dairy. they also have a vinaigrette dressing for dairy free people. their side salad is better than most. romaine lettuce, onion, pepper, tomato and banana peppers.
