Review of Epiphany Gluten Free Bakery

From the moment we walked in and were greeted with a tray of various samples, I knew this gluten-free bakery was something special. Every bite we sampled was phenomenal. We shared a cinnamon roll as an appetizer and everyone was fighting for a bite. I had the power waffle, and it was delicious. My daughter had the mozzarella and tomato sandwich, and kitchen staff came out to our table with a piece of prosciutto for her to taste before putting it on the sandwich. The rest of my family split a pizza, and it was the best GF pizza we've ever had. The crust was delightfully soft and didn't have that typical gluten-free feeling or taste. I'm the only one that has to eat GF, but my entire family wants to go back. Ruth was super kind and helpful, and we watched her chat with other customers and take genuine interest in their stories. A guy came in from a catering service looking for a way to help out a gluten sensitive customer, and they were able to share some dough with him as well. There's a cooler in the back with stuff you can take home. This is definitely a place to go back to time and time again.
