It was very easy to order as the person at the counter knew what to suggest and was confident in which foods were he. They were out of steamed tofu (fried is not gf) and so I ordered chicken with a curry and also chicken with a noodle dish with peanut sauce. The food was okay, servings weren't very big, and they were a little rude about telling us the dining area was going to be closing soon. I will probably try to find better Thai food next time.
Yes
Quality of food has seriously declined, nothing more than your average sub-par Asian takeaway.
I used to love this place and found them very accommodating but recently they have changed to offering a gf special sauce that is not nearly as good and I have had terrible luck with the fried rice as well. So sad their quality has dropped so much.
My son & I loved this place! They have GF Pad-see Ewe, his favorite Thai dish! Staff was very helpful. We try to go there every time we are in GR!
The time I was there I was told they do NOT have a gluten free menu but will check your menus option with the chef to be sure it is gluten free. Nothing I had wanted was gluten free due to cross contamination with the deep fryer.
If you ask what's gluten-free, the servers can point everything out to you. Most of the curry dishes are safe. A lot of their dishes can be made gluten-free by excluding certain ingredients, like peanuts(cross-contaminated) and string beans (fried in oil also used with breaded items). Excellent food at a very reasonable price.
Has GF menu. Very good food and reasonable prices . I try to eat there every-time I go to Grand Rapids. Small place limited seating clean and kid seats were clean.
Good for the casual place it is. Lots of rice and curry choices. I've eaten lunch here several times and there are still many more choices to try.
