Food is prepped in a separate area, gloves changed, fresh ingredients, etc. I ordered a GF sandwich and a giant pickle- the guy making my non-celiac family members’ food went to package it up, and upon realizing I’m celiac, went and got a new one with fresh gloves. Very knowledgeable on cross-contamination and how to avoid it. Did not get sick!

They use a separate, dedicated area with separate, dedicated equipment and separately held meats/cheese/toppings to avoid cross-contamination for their gluten-free customers. They use certified gluten free sub buns that are delicious and not too doughy (not sure of the brand?). Good understanding of our gluten free needs, made sure to switch gloves, and super friendly staff too!

Great option for fast lunch or supper. They have two or three certified gf sandwiches and any sandwich on their menu can be ordered with a gluten free bun. Delicious!
