They changed their procedures, they are no longer safely gluten free. They now make the sandwiches on the regular line, without changing gloves, without cleaning the table, they put the gluten free bread right onto the line. They didn't notify me when they took my order, when I clarified that it was an allergy they said oh yeah we changed we are "gluten friendly now" didn't you see the sign posted on the wall over there... well no I didn't read all the signs in the building before ordering from a place that has been safely gluten free for years. They seemed irritated when I said I could not accept the sandwich and would need a refund, and that I obviously couldn't come back any longer. Sad change.

My son loves eating here because "their gluten-free bread keeps its shape". He just wishes they had gluten-free crackers to go in their soups.

Sorry to hear some have had issues here but I never ever have. GF OPTIONS: Boney Billy, Comet Morehpuse, Jakob Bluefinger, Girf and the best one: NARMER! Only the Jakob and Narmer come with cheese. Best service every time! You can get some soups and chips, too!! Separate prep area and ingredients. This is my go to place ♥ Narmer Sara

Got a turkey sandwich, had one slice of Turkey on it and no cheese but still cost 10 bucks. Wife had soup with plastic in it.

4.00 more a gluten free sandwich but smaller and no one knew what the brand of deli meat they were serving.

Afraid to eat here. They need training on products

These guys are awesome! My husband and I were just passing through and the app said they closed at 12, well it's actually 10pm on Mondays.. We got there at 10:07pm and the manager I believe helped us out and made our food himself! Super nice and celiac friendly! We will defiantly be back on our way back through!

Very good Udi brand gluten free hoagie buns. Restaurant uses a separate prep area and separate ingredients and the staff is very careful and conscientious of cross contamination.

Great option for fast lunch or supper. They have two or three certified gf sandwiches and any sandwich on their menu can be ordered with a gluten free bun. Delicious!

Knowledgeable staff. Conscientious. G-Free bread available for subs. Cream of Broccoli soup is g-free and delicious.

No longer gluten free. They will not get new utensils or products! Staff was completely lazy and rude! They is no safe space there and they say corporate rules say they can’t use different utensils
