The staff seemed very knowledgable regarding cross contamination. The GF sandwiches are prepared on a separate table and the employee even swapped out her gloves prior to handling the GF bread. I've been to three different E&G's including this one and I haven't gotten sick yet.

They do not label their gluten free sandwiches when ordering with gluten ones. They assured us the one with gluten was the gluten free one and in turn I got very very very ill. Wasn't impressed with their service and the manager did nothing to make it better. Didn't even offer a refund. Will never go back! If you go with someone not gf ask them to label it!

Very easy to know which items are GF. The staff automatically washes their hands and changes their gloves when you order without having to be asked. The GF food is prepared in a completely separate area from everything else so there is no chance of cross contamination. Very safe place to eat if you are sensitive to gluten.

I was thrilled to find this place on my cross-country trek. The sandwich was delicious, the staff was knowledgeable, and they took precautions to prevent cross contamination.

Knowledgeable staff and they are good about sanitizing the area they are in and using new prep supplies. They do have two rotating GF soups that are really good. Bread is Udis.

separate preparation area, employees wash hands and get new gloves before making the sandwiches. They use Udis sub sandwich bread and it tastes delicious. there is an additional charge for the gluten free beard. they also have a well marked menu with gluten free soup options. I've never gotten sick here in the dozen of times I've eaten here.

Great option for fast lunch or supper. They have two or three certified gf sandwiches and any sandwich on their menu can be ordered with a gluten free bun. Delicious!

I ordered through door dash one of the 3 subs that is supposed to be made safely for celiacs. I did have have any reactions to my sub and the gluten free bun was delicious.

Knowledgeable staff. Conscientious. G-Free bread available for subs. Cream of Broccoli soup is g-free and delicious.

No longer gluten free. They will not get new utensils or products! Staff was completely lazy and rude! They is no safe space there and they say corporate rules say they can’t use different utensils
