I don’t know what my reaction to gluten is yet (if any), because I’ve always been asymptomatic & I’m only in the first year of the diet / probably still haven’t fully healed yet, BUT I felt very confident in the fact that they knew what they were doing to make sure that I would be safe eating their food. When I told them I had the equivalent of a severe gluten allergy, they told me they would make sure to change gloves, fully clean surfaces / use a designated station for me, and use designated knives and other utensils. They also pointed out the chips and other sides that I could have safely. Also, their sandwich was delicious; I highly recommend the “farmers market” 🙂
