They have separate gluten free menus with specific instructions on how to order. Pretty expansive for being gluten free. Waiter was educated and confident on cross contamination. I was told the fryer is only used for French fries, which are gluten free. Got the cheese fries, blackened chicken, green beans, and a loaded baked potato. The person who brought out my order was wearing gloves and was super careful with handling it. I didn’t get sick and thoroughly enjoyed my meal.
