Loads of gluten free grocery and frozen products, including homemade tourtiere. Excellent, fresh poke bowls made a great lunch. Yummy and creative s’more muffin. Friendly service.

Awesome place! Owner is celiac and was present. She was very kind. Everything is gf. I took a poke bowl and a muffin. The muffin was so soft and delicious. A place not to miss.

This is a dedicated facility. Also lots of vegan/dairy free options here. We came expecting breakfast but this is more of a grab and go place in the morning, and they serve more lunch items. We had the veggie wrap and banana loaf for breakfast, and it was all very tasty!

Found this for my daughter on this ap while she was traveling pei to Ontario! This was after she complained over text that all she had to eat was rice crackers and chips! She had a safe, yummy gf meal.
