J'ai pris 3 pupusas (poulet, porc et jalapenos). La serveuse m'a certifié qu'aucune farine n'est utilisé pour les pupusas, que de la farine de maïs. Elle a longuement regardé ma fiche en espagnol qui explique les restrictions. En plus d'être délicieux, j'ai eu aucune réaction (et je suis très réactivé à la contamination croisée). J'y retournerai durant mon voyage!

Amazing fresh pupusas, best we had in El Salvador! Little local establishment, very nice ladies working. Would recommend stopping by for lunch or dinner if in El Tunco. Fellow Celiac and no issues eating the pupusas!
