I went for dinner with my partner and the food was delicious. She got the caldo de castilla and I got the Arepas con pollo y maíz. One server confidently said everything is gluten free and another corrected her that it's everything except the desert and sauces that they buy from a different vender. Then she said "yes, everything except the postres". All the ingredients are gluten free of course, but the kitchen is not dedicated. I felt a bit bloated during and after eating, but my stomach is a bit sensitive so it could have just been something else. If anything, the avocado crema on my arepa would be the culprit--from blended cross contamination. Other than that, the staff is quite nice and the food is delicious! This is perfect for people who aren't extremely sensitive celiacs! They also have vegan empanadas!

Wonderful experience here! None of the main menu items had gluten, just two desserts. Felt very safe and the service was incredible!

Delicious food. Ordered patacones, arepas, and empanadas. Enjoyed the patacones and arepas the most. The associate noted that most items were gluten free, including nearly all of the main dishes. There were a couple desserts that were not gluten free, and for some reason, the red salsa. My Spanish skills were not up to inquiring further. Definitely enjoyed all else though.
