Typical Brazilian steakhouse, pay for the plate and they swarm you with food until you can’t take it anymore. The staff was not very aware of GF and we received hesitant responses, but I knew most would be GF based on type of food. Eventually received feedback from the kitchen that all of the meat choices are GF except for the chicken. Tons of options and got more than my fill on proteins (numerous steaks, lamb cuts, sausage, ribs etc…) alone. Didn’t feel comfortable with the sides and the salad bar is sketch for celiacs. Food was delicious. Non-celiacs loved it. Great bar.
