Wonderful meal at this Brazilian steakhouse! Besides the pasta and bread, everything else on the market table is gluten free. The waiter also confirmed which meat dishes are gluten free, there’s only three that aren’t. However, the staff still offered me those three so make sure to confirm which ones aren’t first. I also had creme brûlée as well. Also it’s great that they bring out grilled pineapple, which Fogo de Chao no longer does!

Fantastic service and food. The salad bar was almost all GF and you could get full on just that. It had some meat items (bacon, beef stroganoff, chicken salad). They also served the Brazilian cheese bread which is gf and kept bringing fresh hot ones to the table. For the meats , the chicken and the sausage were not gf (and maybe one other meat) and the servers won’t even offer them to you! But they made special lamb chops for me with just salt seasoning and those were delicious. I think I had four different meats. They also bring French fries and fried plantains on request and those are gf! And also grilled pineapple chunks. If you still want dessert after that - they had 3 GF options; flan, crème brûlée and a mango ice cream thing with a liquor on it I was super impressed with the servers knowledge of how the gf items were made and why they weren’t gf (ie corn starch as thickener etc)

I sent them an email ahead of time to warn them I was "high maintenance" (haha!) and made a note on our reservation. They were happy to have a manager take me around the salad bar pointing out exactly what I could and couldn't eat, and offered to prepare a separate portion of the cuts of meat that weren't gluten free (because of the spices or marinade) for me. I felt like the specialty prepared meats were just as delicious as they would have been otherwise! the manager also told all the gauchos which meat they shouldn't serve me, even taking my plate when the first selection wasn't gluten free and the manager noticed I'd taken a portion (I hadn't eaten any). From that point forward, they continued to offer those things to my husband, who isn't GF, careful to not offer them to me. You certainly get what you pay for, and with a little forewarning, I got a meal I could enjoy without having to worry about the details. I felt comfortable that the staff understood my needs and went above and beyond to meet them.

Find me gluten free ROCKS! Thanks to this ap we had the most amazing dinner while away in Dallas. Estilo Gaucho is the best Brazilian steak house we have ever visited. The attention given to our special needs was exquisite! We felt like royalty! The filet and spicy picanha were my wife and my favorites, respectively. You must try the cheese bread puffs that are brought to the table, gluten free and delicious!!! The perfect wine with dinner was suggested by the bartender, Concha Y Toro Gran Reserva Cabernet 2013; to die for! Over 70% of the menu is gluten free.

Manager walked me through the very large salad bar to show me what was GF, explained what meat choices I had and then introduced all meat servers to me and explained my allergy. Excellent service, excellent food and no side effects. 👍

After calling twice to verify gluten free items and being told exactly what I cannot have, (which was only THREE types of meat) I went in and started to eat away on the others.....all of a sudden I was surrounded by waiters as they removed food from my plate, telling me I could not have it, although it was not one of the items I was told about when I called in......I had already eaten 4 bites, they attempted to convince me that I had not eaten it already but I got very sick. They also added another FOUR meats not previously disclosed....this place is deliciously clueless :(
