Ethiopic had the best Ethiopian food I’ve eaten. The server was knowledgeable about what contained gluten, though it was not listed on the menu. Most of the dishes did not contain gluten. They can make injera without gluten, though you need to let them know in advance to make sure it’s available that day. We called 20 minutes before we showed up for reservations and to ask about gluten. The place was packed, understandably due to the quality of the food. I didn’t get sick. I didn’t ask if they are celiac friendly since I am not celiac. I have a bad sensitivity, however. We absolutely loved their food.
