I’ve eaten here many times and not gotten sick. They do have a separate gluten free menu. I usually have the blackened tempeh. Their collard greens are the best! This time the meal even came out with a purple allergy flag. Delicious food! Service was slow which is the only reason for 4 stars

Stopped at Ethos for takeout as it had some gluten free options. I asked the woman at the counter what the gluten free options were. She showed me the gluten free menus and recommended the curry wrap. I went with that option as well as her recommendation on the mashed potatoes. After waiting about 15min, I got the food and opened the box. I immediately took a bite of the mashed potatoes because I was SO hungry and had been looking for a place to get food. The wrap had a green color which indicates to me that it was a spinach wrap. I asked my fiancé to try a piece to make sure and he said he didn’t think it was gf. I then took both the wrap and the potatoes back in to double check they were gluten free….and they weren’t. The manager came over and said they were gluten free and they could make new food for me which I said I didn’t want. They refunded me and gave me new food (which wasn’t very good anyway) but the damage was done because I took ate some of the potatoes. I won’t be going back

Called ahead of time to verify gluten free. Told me various options. Got to the restaurant and none of the options were gluten free! Was very upset. Drove 45 mins to get here. Only thin gluten free are cold salads and cold wrap. Even that no all dressings are.

Allergen menu with gluten free options and staff/management is super helpful and knowledgeable about allergies! Food is yummy and decor is cool.
Yes
Lots of good options, friendly knowledgeable staff.
Great GF menu items. They have soy free options which I honestly find a little odd for a vegan restaurant. To me, for them to drop soy is almost like a butcher leaving off meat. Anyway, food is fantastic. Disclosure. I am not vegan or even vegetarian
Yes
Gluten free options but I can't eat soy either so basically I can't eat anything here.
Wish they had more gluten free options.
Tried the chocolate and vanilla milkshakes. They're gluten-free and vegan, but not soy free. Both are topped with whipped cream and a cherry. I liked the rich chocolate one, but couldn't finish the vanilla due to the overpowering "soy" flavor. They have limited options for gluten-free guests as pizzas/pastas are off limits. best pizza and deserts. its the closest marinara to my grandmothers i have found and they aren't even Italian. and they have some great gf foods.
Very limited for gluten free. Not as impressed as others.
This place is fantastic. Meals are very satisfying. I highly recommend this as it satisfies the needs of vegans, soy free and gluten free diets.
I live this place because I don't feel like a burden or a high maintenance royal pain by patronising this establishment with an allergy...the items that can be made GF are noted on the ACTUAL menu (us GF peeps know that's a big deal!) the same one as everyone else, like we're real people, what a concept! :) food is great, atmosphere is great, staff is friendly. Great place overall!
I love this place. They label everything on there menu so it is very easy to know what you can have. There are so many options and for sandwiches there's a gluten free wrap available!
