Eugenia's Signature Steakhouse

We were curious about the name and figured that a steakhouse would be our best best in an area that does not seem to have much in the way of gf -friendly restaurants. They did let me know the seasoning had gluten, which also meant that the cooking surface was probably contaminated as well. I asked for salt and pepper only and ordered gf sides- broccoli and baked potato. All of the steaks at our table were over cooked. I did not have a reaction as I always wait until the next day to review. It was not a bad restaurant, but not what I was expecting. It has more the feel of a Denny’s than a steakhouse. They have a bakery full of glutinous goodies that the people I was with seemed to enjoy.
