Review of EVE Encinitas

Being celiac, dairy free and vegetarian is often a challenge when traveling. Typically, I only have 1-2 choices on a menu (if I am lucky). Eves was one of those stressful restaurants- there were too many choice from which I could pick. I ended up with the Jackfruit tacos. They were delicious. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the food.
