My fiancee was in charge of ordering food and ordered a gf pizza (balls to the wall) and nobody mentioned to him that the meatballs aren’t gluten free. Feels like a bit of an oversight. Otherwise, the pizza would have been great (it’s the same as the place Good Pizza and we ate there the other day)
Excellent GF pizza. Takes a while, recommend ordering ahead of time if you in a hurry.
So I had ordered here a few times, delivery and once in person and felt I had a mild response. I went to dine-in. I ordered the basic salad and asked for no croutons. They came with croutons. I asked them to fix it because I have an allergy (easier to explain than celiac especially loud at night drunk crowd). The bartender “fixed it”. I was digging through and almost put it on my plate but had a feeling she thought I was being difficult. I found a crouton at the bottom. I informed her manager and he offered to comp the salad. I continued to eat the olivia gluten-free john… but because of this ignorance I will not return. Also mild reactions aren’t worth a $30 pizza. The crust is just melted cheese on the sides and it’s a shared kitchen. I’m not sure they understand cross-contamination. And just because you don’t react the first time just remember they are shared ovens but I think the pans aren’t, not sure how they are washed. If those things matter to you— I’d reconsider.
I’m from Chicago and have not been able to eat deep dish for the two years since I’ve been diagnosed celiac. I, of course, had to try it. It’s definitely more Detroit style than deep dish, but regardless…it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had (even gluten ones). I ordered a side of ranch to dip, and it was fabulous (also they confirmed no gluten in the ranch). Deff recommend
Celiac here and had no reactions after eating. Ate here last week. They have a good gluten free pizza. Much more than I could eat on my own. It’s more of a French bread crust, and I knew that going in, but I still prefer a more traditional crust if I had my choice. Many toppings aren’t gluten free (but at least they told me). I went with pepperoni, sausage, and black olives. Cool dive type atmosphere. It takes about 40 minutes for the GF pizza, so allow yourself enough time.
Got the deep dish gf as is and it was so good. Comes in 6 piece rectangle, i ate 3. Not what i was expecting in terms of deep dish, not Chicago style, very fluffy and thick crust but the whole thing is the same thickness, it was buttery and the edges had real parmesan. Best gluten free pizza i’ve had in terms of crust, i felt like i wasn’t supposed to be eating it. Sauce was also really good, not overly cheesy which i liked, didn’t feel super heavy eat it. I recommend ordering ahead especially if it’s the weekend. I think you can call it in but i used doordash pickup and probably paid $3 extra. Said it would be ready in about 40 minutes, when we got there, there was a long line and someone at the door letting people in to keep inside from being really packed. Went to the woman who was holding the line and asked where i go to pickup, she asked to see the order on my screen and then let us in. Yes, it was a little expensive for a gluten free pizza that will maybe feed 2 people but you would be hard pressed to find one as good anywhere else.
BEST gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. All of my friends were really impressed with their regular pizzas as well and even tried mine and liked it. The guy who took my order told me they make everything completely separate and clean surfaces new gloves etc without me even having to ask. Very knowledgeable on celiac or severe intolerance handling. I’d give 6 stars if I could, never felt this safe eating out with celiac at an establishment with risk of CC.
Really really good GF pizza and sweet staff! I will say it did take a long time and of course it being Vegas and GF it was a little pricey. You get 6 deep dish squares which at first I was worried it wouldn’t be enough for 2 people, yet it was a good amount. Would 100% recommend!
This was my first gluten-free deep dish pizza and it did not disappoint!! The outer crust was crusty and had crispy cheese. And the inside of the pie was soft and chewy, absolutely perfect! It was six pieces, more than I could eat at once; so tasty leftovers the next evening. Also, they have a dedicated oven just for gluten-free pizzas. I would totally eat there again visiting Fremont Street!
What can I say that hasn’t already been said…yum! I have been missing deep dish pizza since my diagnosis. This was definitely the cure. It satisfied the Celiac and the steel stomached as well. No reaction other than I want more. I paid $26 usd for a small pie and had it for lunch and midnight snack. Least expensive thing I had on the Strip, and also the best tasting thing on or off the Strip.
The BEST deep dish gluten free pizza I have ever had! The staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating. I am vegan and GF. They were AMAZING! Definitely recommend. I am gluten intolerant.
best deep dish gf pizza i have ever had my bf is not gf and even he loved it. the staff were really nice and it was super dead when we went so they made sure to not cross contaminate.
Amazing gluten free pizza. It was the best pizza I have ever had
Was it good? Yes.
Was the price worth it? Absolutely not
I had to wait in line for over 45 mins, and then it took them another 40 mins to make the pizza. Not only did it take 2 hours out of our experience but the pizza was so small, i needed to get something else at a different location. Giving this a 2 star rating.
Tried to order and called with questions about the order and they wouldn't pickup. I have celiac disease and had a few questions since the driver couldn't tell me what was safe and what wasn't for me. Was very uncertain what was gluten free and what wasn't. Definitely upset. Go anywhere else since they don't care about customer service here.
The GF pizza was meh at best. They don't advertise that you can build your own gf pizza but they allow that. After hearing such great reviews about the gf pizza I was severely disappointed. It was mostly bread which last I checked isn't what deep dish pizza should be nor regular pizza. If you are okay with mostly bread than sure! But I personally would have preferred to skip thia whole restaurant and do not recommend.
Amazing deep dish pizza! Not at all like NY pizza but as a NYer I can definitely say the gluten free deep dish is legit!
We were visiting Fremont Street in Las Vegas. Found this option on Find Me GF. They do a deep dish GF pizza, with a vegan option as well and you choose your own toppings so with regards to variety you can only get 1. It takes 40mins due to them cleaning the utensils and worktop prior to making. It is a lot of pizza but is worth the wait. Would visit again, but make sure you're hungry!
