They offer sandwiches on what they call “gluten-free bread” but it is nothing more than a couple of slices of soft, mushy, disintegrating nastiness that ruins an otherwise perfectly good sandwich. They would be better off using Udi’s buns or even figure out how to build a bunless lettuce wrap. I’ve been disappointed every time I order a GF sandwich. Blech.
Staff is unknowledgeable about celiacs. I tried eating there and got super sick from cross contamination, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have celiacs. I spoke to management and they are working on further training for their staff on what celiacs means and to advise there is cross contamination in the gluten free sandwiches.

The staff told me that sourdough bread should be ok for celiac.... they also suggested olive bread. They had no idea about celiac and/or wheat allergies. I would not eat here. They did not have an allergen menu.

I love their food, but it always made me feel extra groggy. Their website now states they are not celiac safe. Beware!

Had the Rueben... it was stellar!

Love this place! Finally able to try a banh mi sandwich that's gluten-free, and it was great. Many choices, and the bread was awesome. Not Udi's. Something else that was regular-sized and thick sliced. I'll definitely be back for another socially responsible, gluten-free meal!
I love this place, I'm pretty sensitive and have never run into any problems, though I know they can't guarantee no cross-contamination. I'm obsessed with the jp grilled cheese, I definitely recommend it!
I ordered the unlimited French toast but after I paid someone came up to me telling me they can't do gluten free French toast there because they only have one batter which the regular bread goes into. It was super disappointing since we were told they can do anything on the menu gluten free. So I ended up having a breakfast sandwich with sausage and avacado. I didn't love it because the bread was sweet. But i didn't get sick. Although I won't be going back.
I thought it was delicious. The bread was tasty (but very sweet, I couldn't finish it). I had no cross contamination problems. They could do anything on the menu GF. They did switch their gloves as well, and of course disclosed they cannot guarantee no cross contamination. I'm excited to eat here again.

Wanted to love this place but I got sick. Not celiac-safe!
If you actually have celiacs, this is NOT the restaurant for you. I recieved a delicious sandwhich with gluten free bread but there was absolutely cross contamination from the other bread products. It's frustrating when you specifically ask for your special dietary needs and the cashier assures you, just to wind up sick. When I called to make them aware of the situation they acted like I didn't matter, I wasn't asking for a refund or anything and they made me feel like everything was mt fault.

Loved the choices of their sandwiches. The salads sound great too. And there are meat-free options. The bread is also really good.

I love this place!!! They can make all of their food gluten free and for every sandwich you buy they give one to one of their charities.
Yes
They can make any sandwich gluten free! Just let them know you have celiac!
