Went during a weekend- lunch is only a Buffett which is not something I consider safe- people can cross contaminate the food.

We had some really good food here last night! The waitress was very nice and she knew what could be done gluten free (which was also on the menu). I would love to go back!

All gluten free menu and buffet items are clearly marked, with plenty of delicious gluten free options. The owner has a doctorate in health sciences, and the employees demonstrate a clear understanding of celiac disease and the risks of cross contamination. Would highly recommend.

Seriously great food. I am took my partner here (she's got celiac's) and she had absolutely no problem. They also have great vegetarian and vegan options. Ingredients are accurately listed for people with allergies. The food is the delicious. The environment is warm and welcoming. Definitely check it out!

Lunch time was packed but our wait was less than 5 minutes. GF and Vegan options were clearly labeled. The quality was great, and there are some options that aren't super spicy for sensitive pallets. Highly recommended if you're in The Grove area! And just minutes from IKEA & the major hospitals!

I was not sure I could find GF Indian Food. Their menu has a GF items, a good variety, clearly marked. Delicious food. I gave them only 3 stars because in our carry out order the portion size was small-ish so it did not seem like a good value. Also, some of the dishes, Matar Paneer for example, seemed to be all sauce with very little peas and cheese cubes in there.

But, the food is very good and I would eat there again. I hear their lunch buffet is a great deal.
