I mostly come here for their drinks - fresh coconut water, kombucha, matcha and the like. They are 100% plant-based and offer a range of dishes. Many(if not all) of their sauces and condiments are made in-house. They are familiar with allergies and dietary choices of all kinds. You can find GF cookies, crackers and other desserts at the counter, waiting to be picked up. Some of them are made with oat flour, so be mindful if you have oat sensitivity. Their cheesecake is delicious.

I am coeliac and have eaten here many times without getting sick - I do trust them. They are always happy to substitute the non GF items on menu and the food is great.
