Nice little spot for airport refreshments. Enjoyed the packaged snacks (bread sticks, hummus, chia pudding). They also had gluten free baked goods but we didn’t try them. Some of them were made with oat flour.

I tried this place during a layover based on what others have said here. They had a number of packaged snacks plus a few types of gf muffins. I am a sensitive celiac, took the risk on a blueberry muffin, and am pleased to say I did not have a reaction afterwards. Some of the packaged snacks are hit or miss with taste, but there was good variety. Overall, this is not a place where celiacs will find a meal but it is a great find for a snack to tide you over.

Tried two smoothie bowls. One was chocolate and the other was called an Amazonia bowl. Chocolate one was really superb and was a lifeline since I had trouble finding many on the go GF snacks in the airport. Really didn’t care for the Amazonia bowl’s flavor.

Allergens are mentioned with all options. I don’t think that gluten free bread is available but for breakfast (smoothie bowls) or lunch (salad or rice bowls) at the airport it works great!
