I got a build your own bowl with balsamic dressing with quinoa and spring mix as my base. It came out very delicious and I recommend the bacon as a protein. The bowls come with bread, and they had gluten free as an option. The girl behind the counter pointed out the 2 things on the menu that contained gluten but most of the salads/toppings/bowls are gluten free as long as you don’t pick croutons or one of the dressings with gluten. I’m not sure what the cross contamination risk is though so if you’re very sensitive I would suggest calling to check.
