I have ordered the gluten free honey mustard fried chicken sandwich with truffle fries the few times that I have visited. The food is amazing. They do have a dedicated gluten free fryer as well.

Already went back for dinner after going to brunch! Got the crispy honey fried chicken sandwich and French fries! And my fiancé got the Baja tacos! Both delicious!!

This is my favorite restaurant in the Madison area. I’ve come for brunch, lunch, cocktails, dessert and dinner with my husband and will continue to visit at least monthly. I’ve tried most everything on the menu and they do not disappoint. All waitstaff are very knowledgeable about gf practices and cross-contamination. Many vegetarian and vegan options too, plus traditional American options for my picky eater family members. Great for all!
So many safe options WITH a dedicated fryer! Just a great spot to enjoy brunch with friends.
Always delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner! Knowledgeable staff and kitchen. GF fryer. My son loves the chicken and waffles. We’ve visited multiple times with no issues!
We really enjoyed our dinner here! The vibe is cute and they let me add Tito’s to mocktail. I got Baja fish tacos, fried in chickpea flour. Everything in fryer is GF. I discussed kitchen precautions with the waitress and felt safe. Didn’t get sick.
I had the sirloin steak hash. Lots of sweet potatoes and onions with a little spice kick. The staff was knowledgeable about food allergies.
I love this place! They have so many GF options, and the staff is very knowledgeable! It’s such a treat to eat here.
Super disappointing. They sat us and forgot about us. Asked two different wait staff for help and they both brushed us off. The food was mediocre at best. The calamari fries were spongy, soggy, and tasteless. My curry was supposed to have butternut squash in it and there were maybe 6 small pieces. The dish was also lukewarm. Will not be going back.

Extensive gluten free menu and gf-beer battered gluten free fishy fry on Fridays! Really delicious, fun atmosphere, great cocktails (no gf beer though which was surprising), highly recommended
Three of us had brunch here yesterday and it was so delicious! The waitress was amazing.. so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. ( her roommate has celiac so she gets it! ) We all enjoyed our meals! I had the fried chicken/ waffle with an egg with the honey and hot sauce in the side. One nongf diners had an amazing eggs Benedict with potatoes, a mimosa, and chocolate mouse. The other had the vegetable scrambled eggs the potatoes. The portions are large! 👍👍👍👍

We have been here often for brunch and dinner and we have always had a great experience! They have LOTS of gluten free options and a separate fryer for fries and fried chicken. Everything is delicious and service is friendly and quick.
Delicious chickpea battered artichokes, great burger with gf bun. Dedicated fryer, fries were good, nice is vegetarian and found something yummy as well
Everly is a fantastic restaurant for those with celiac. It’s a safe environment, with good food and knowledgeable staff.
Every Friday, this restaurant has a dedicated gluten free fish fry. I’ve had this a number of times. It tasted great, and our server was excellent in knowing what was safe for celiac, mentioning they are extremely careful in the kitchen about cross-contamination as well. They also have a number of gluten free drink options available (IPA’s).
The food was so good! Almost everything on the menu is either GF or can be modified GF. The service was also excellent.

Tested everything I got with my Nima sensor..fries were gluten free and my salad was not, unfortunately. I didn’t eat it so I can’t say 100% but I trust the sensor.

Since the unfortunate closing of nearby Jak’s a few years ago, Everly has effortlessly stepped in as my go-to finer dining venue for GF. Fried chicken, Friday fish fry, and a dozen other consistently great choices.
They have a good number of GF options clearly marked. I had the breakfast sandwich on GF bread. Super yummy. My only complaint is the service was mediocre.
Last night, my family & I tried Everly for a birthday celebration. I chose it due to what I saw online about accommodating for food sensitivity. I’m gluten free & dairy free, but my family is not. I had several choices that fit my diet. The menu had a nice variety for everyone, even for my family that thought it might be too trendy for their taste. Everyone was more than satisfied. The food was delicious & the service was exceptional. I highly recommend it & will be going back!

Best meal I have had in a long time. I felt very safe here. My mom and I split the steak and fried chicken sandwiches, so we could try both. They were amazing. Highly recommend going for the fried chicken sandwich as we don’t get to eat fried chicken often.
I was disappointed there were only GF ciders for beer options but other drinks were great.
Reservation was needed on a Friday night, but we were able to sit at the full service bar.

In terms of quality of food, i havent had anything in madison come close to everly. I would gladly pay double what they charge for everything on the menu
The tea braised pork and the GF chicken sandwich are both bomb. I hope to eventually try everything on their menu
One of the BEST meals that I have ever had. I cannot recommend this place high enough. The Hot Chicken Sandwich was amazing. Dedicated fryer, so the fries and the chicken were crispy and delicious. I am definitely coming back.
Everly is one of the safest restaurants in town for our daughter with symptomatic celiac. Great variety of foods, knowledgeable staff, and outstanding for kitchen safety. They do not use wheat flour in any of their breading. Fryer is GF!
Great variety and safety BUT the dish I had there (fried chicken sandwich) was disappointing. Wouldn’t get the fried chicken sandwich but there might be other delicious things on there menu.
Incredible! So many unique dishes (including calamari!)- delicious and completely safe (hubs has many, many issues besides celiac so we are extremely cautious). The service was great too!

Staff is knowledgeable, menu is clearly marked, and you can eat nearly everything on it. This is one of my favorite places to eat in town! :) I've never been cross contaminated.
But the crispy chicken sandwich. SO good. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area!! Super cute space. Great selection.

Everything was delicious. Most everything can be made gf (look for gs indication) and the fried chicken sandwich was a revelation. DEDICATED FRYER.
DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THEM. They royally screwed up my order, not only giving me 1) the wrong item, but also 2) regular, wheat bread and 3) an incorrect item that contained another allergen of mine. This all despite very clear instructions. And, no, I didn’t just receive someone else’s order. It was clearly an attempt at my order, but seriously bungled. With screw-ups that bad, I do not trust them to follow cross-contamination protocols, even if they do manage to send along the correct items.
Amazing food. Fried chicken and pickles sandwich was great. Daughter had chicken and waffles and liked it but had too much syrup on it so it needed to be asked for on the side in future. Other daughter had burger and fried cooked perfectly, and hubby had eggs, potatoes- huge portion of fingerlings and bacon was great. Waitress was very responsive and good about a table of celiacs.
Gluten free or modifiable items clearly marked. Dedicated gluten free fryers. Everything we had was delicious. Nice atmosphere.
