Great to have a gf option but not my favorite. They are definitely very safe, gluten free crusts are in aluminum pans to avoid cross contamination in the pizza oven and they give you an individual pizza slicer for your gluten free pizza. I will say the dough was a bit crumbly and definitely not my favorite gluten free pizza in the area but awesome to have so close.
