Incredible Bread and Desserts!!! I've been gluten-free for almost 2 years and the products from Evolving Kneads are by far the BEST I've ever had...I would have never guessed they are Gluten-Free!!! Even if you are not gluten-free you should try the Desserts...they are out-of-this-world incredible!

I found them at the Thursday night farmers market at Sportmens Lodge. Holy Cow! This stuff is awesome!! This is the best bread I've ever had, gf or otherwise. I've been back a few times to try their cookies and other things as well. I love their pecan pie sandwich cookies. But you have not lived until you've had one of their brownies. Seriously. Best. Brownie. Ever. (the brownies are vegan too. I don't care about that part, but it's good to know.)

The guys are really nice. They told me a secret about how to make their bread even better. Something about releasing the water molecules by heating it. Toasting works great, but I actually nuke the bread even before I toast it. It freaked me out at first, because microwaves normally ruin regular bread. But this makes everything sooooo good! Make sure you ask them about this.

I just found this Amazing Gluten Free Bakery that usually only does wholesale. They are introducing retail and are at the Farmers market in Studio City at the Sportsman Lodge Thursday nights from 5 to 9pm.The GF Rosemary olive oil bread is the best I've ever had. My daughter loved the Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookie.
