Very knowledgeable and patient. They told me every ingredient in their food. Obviously, pita but also, falafel are off limits. Surprisingly the meat is safe. All salads are safe. The rice with lentils (not the white rice). Freshest hummus I've ever tasted. Garlic sauce has egg white (if you can't have egg).
