These comments are for when ordering from one of the national-delivery services; I haven't been to this restaurant in person, but have had delivery many times (including its associated restaurant: "Grill 110").
Best feature with regard to "Gluten Free" is that on these restaurants' app-menu there is a "check-off" list for allergies and you can "check" the "Gluten Free Box."
The benefit of this is that you don't have to fully rely-on your presumed Gluten Free choice from the items on the "Gluten Free menu" and chance whether the Gluten Free menu is out-dated/changed, they'll take care of it as kind of a "double-check."
I have been ordering for a couple of years and all is well; and have great confidence in this restaurant's caution with regard to cross-contamination.
They advertise, specifically, indicating to be "Gluten Free friendly," so there's further reason to believe that the staff is well-trained
in their Gluten Free policy.
