I was so impressed with all of the options on paper, but I was burnt daily with XC. Such a bummer - the resort is gorgeous. If you’re symptomatic or sensitive at all, I would steer clear.

The entire staff is conscientious of celiacs. Every restaurant shows that they are well-informed. I enjoyed my vacation week and was happy and confident with food preparation

No shortage of gluten free options here. While the food overall is meh taste wise and I did pick up some cross-contamination, having so many gf options was really great. They have gluten free bread (suspect it’s homemade and that’s why the shape varied daily). The gelato in Aroma was gluten free, too. But watch out for the tortilla chips- request gf ones so they can prepare the chips in new oil (doesn’t take long). Best find was the gf buns from room service, despite the small portion.
Takeaway: gf fryers (but make sure to ask), overall a lot of gf options labeled on the menus, and they take gluten free very seriously.
