Explorer's Lounge

The lounge is casual and best for post-ski drinks or a casual dinner. The server was knowledgeable about celiac and was able to tell me what menu items could be made gluten free, and double checked with the kitchen. The server provided good service.

The menu is not marked with gf items so you have to chat with the server.

The food came out flagged as gluten free.

Ask your server for gluten free options. most of their sandwiches are available as gluten free options. I had a beef dip & Caesar salad. They do not have a separate fryer.
