Review of Express du Sud

(english review below) Je me suis sentie en sécurité. Je ne me rappelle pas combien the choix SG il y avait. J’ai pris le tartare de saumon aux pistaches et à la mangue. Habituellement servi avec des frites et une salade. J’ai demandé les frites, mais j’ai reçu la salade et des concombres. On m’a expliqué que les frites n’étaient vraiment pas sécuritaire. La cuisine a fait un choix pour ma sécurité et je l’apprécie beaucoup. Cependant, il manquait de sel et de piquant.

Felt safe. I dont quite remember how many GF choices there was. I took the salmon and mango tartar. Usually served with fries and a salad. I asked for the fries, but my plate came without them. The kitchen replaced them with the salad and cucumber as they knew the fries weren’t safe for me. They chose to keep me safe and i’m grateful for that. However, i would have appreciated more salt and spicy in the tartare.
