great spot for fries! they have non gf fried options but they have a separate frier so no cc. loved the parm
Amazing, all allergens are stated on the online menu. Most of the menu is gf just some of the sauce that aren’t. I am very symptomatic however had no reaction.
I said I was coeliac and they recommended I did not eat there. They said the oil was separate, but some of the baskets/tools were not.

I was a bit anxious to try incase of cross contamination but I had a great experience. They told me what I wouldn’t be able to have and said they would ask them to change their gloves for mine to reduce any risk. I had fries with mayo, ketchup and parmeasan
Ordered the Parmesan fries with curry ketchup on the side. Another member of my party ordered something with peanut sauce, and the gentleman taking our order pointed out that the peanut sauce wasn't GF and made a note to keep the order separated. Fast, efficient, and fabulous fries!
I am here visiting and saw so many great reviews about fable friet — but unfortunately I got SUPER sick after eating here. Not celiac safe.
Lovely place just selling thin cut fries with skins on. Queued but good system of ordering and going back outside until your order is ready. Lots of topping GF - we had Parmesan and truffle mayo which was gorgeous but quite rich; and curry mayo which was quite spicy. Found a bench nearby to sit and watch the activity on the canal whilst eating.
I messaged them on what’s app and assured me that the chips are cooked separately to other foods containing gluten, which appeared to be the case when we went. They also advised the only sauces containing gluten were the peanut and picadilly. Definitely safe if you stick to these things!
Whilst the line was long, it did move quickly and the staff assured me the chips were gluten free and cooked in a separate fryer to the croquettes. Very tasted and I had no issues.

Just had the fries with parmesan cheese and truffle mayo which were so good and 100% gluten-free! Highly recommend this place. The small cue is worth the wait and moves up quite quickly.
These fries were delicious! I’ve now gotten the Parmesan truffle fries 3 times and they’ve been delicious every time… and I’ve never gotten sick! They have a dedicated frier for the fries, but beware they do fry croquettes nearby.
Incredible gluten free option. I saw this going viral on TikTok and knew we had to scope it out, my expectations were low that they’d be GF but all their fries are gluten free in a dedicated fryer and all sauces were gluten free. They were so delicious and a must eat in Amsterdam

Passed by this fry place and inquired about gluten. They were knowledgeable saying that fries were cooked separately from the croquettes, but they didn’t want to guarantee safety for Celiac as most places would warn me in Amsterdam that weren’t dedicated GF. I appreciate the caution I received, but felt safe knowing they were not in a shared fryer. I had a large portion of delicious fries with mayo on top without any issues! Highly recommended!
