I had ice cream at an ice cream parlor for the first time in almost 6 years! I am very sensitive to gluten, dairy and (cane) sugar due to a chronic illness. I have found ice cream places that check one of each of those boxes but NEVER all 3. I’ve been able to have one brand of store bought ice cream which is good although it’s very hard and stevia forward but definitely not the same. I was so happy to find that Fable Creamery had a chocolate coconut/ maple sugar! I was overjoyed to sit and have a cup of ice cream with everyone else like I used too!!! The other people in my group, some who who do dairy and others who don’t, all enjoyed the unique variety of flavors they offer. I can’t wait to go back! The only “downside” for lack of a better word was that I couldn’t do any toppings bc they all had sugar but it was so good it really didn’t need toppings anyway!

RUN DON’T WALK! Everything is GF and vegan. Absolutely amazing ice cream, great vibes, sweet and passionate employees. And 2 words: WAFFLE CONE.

Staff was very helpful, chocolate chip cookie was really good. They offered to let us try every ice cream flavor, and paid lots of attention to detail. Would visit again.

OMG, since my daughter diagnosis 8 year ago, it’s taken that long to find a bakery cookie that takes like a bakery cookie!! AMAZING.., we tried the chocolate wafer,double chocolate sea salt and rainbow sugar… DELICIOUS! Will be back to try the ice cream when it’s not 10 degrees out! :)
