I never leave reviews and I hate to bash local businesses even when they deserve it. However, I just left this place and it is an atrocity! Let me start by saying this was my first, and last visit, to this place ever. It started with using the restroom where there was no toilet paper. Next, I washed my hands and found there was no paper towels either! We were there a half hour before greeted by wait staff. My husband ordered a steak sandwich which he was informed moments later that they were out of that menu item. He settled for a Black and Bleu burger. After we were served our food the waitress came over and apologized that they were also out of the Black and Bleu burger!?? She said she "didn't want to approach him a THIRD time about this so she just ordered the Beer Tree burger on his behalf!!??? I am not even kidding!!! We were so floored we didn't even know what to say! This is after the REAL problem too! Read on!

The menu has "GFO" (gluten free options). CAUTION! Beware of this, and other reviews that claim they actually have safe gluten free options. They do NOT! I asked if several of the GFOs were safe and prepared in a dedicated area and/or fryer. The server told us that the options on the menu are not actually gluten free and she "told her manger this but they have yet to do anything about it"!!! She says that the menu claims the pizza with white sauce had a GFO. It does not. The sauce is made with flour. The fries and hot wings that are labeled "GFO" are not. They are made in the same fryer as everything else! She said she "is honest because she takes food restrictions very seriously after a customer with a gluten allergy recently had a reaction and had to use an epi pen right after being served what they were told was gluten free food"! I ended up nervously ordering the tuna poke bowl after investigating the ingredients but the first bite I took I feared I was screwed because I tasted soy sauce. I'll find out later! If you have celiac disease or gluten allergy/intolerance, stear clear of this place! This might be the worst restaurant experience I've ever had!
