I wouldn’t recommend Fade Street Social for celiacs. The staff were very pleasant but few knew what celiac disease and cross contamination was. I was initially shown what I could order from the menu, but then when I went to order I was told it had gluten in it. They were very nice and showed me about 4/5 options I could have and confirmed my order with the chef. There is no dedicated fryer for chips. I was told I could not order any dessert as there was a high risk of cross contamination. I think there are other restaurants in Dublin that cater a lot more to Celiacs and have a better knowledge on celiac disease.
