Dined in The Great Hall for breakfast and dinner a few times, and every server I interacted with was well aware of what was GF, what could be adapted, and what to avoid. Great variety of GF options, with GF bread available at breakfast and GF buns at lunch/dinner. Also confirmed they have a dedicated fryer. Every time a dish was placed in front of me, they confirmed it was the gluten free option without having to ask/confirm. Felt really comfortable and didn’t run into any issues!
