I emailed the owner here asking him a bunch of allergy questions and he was so helpful! It made me feel very confident and safe eating here. It's very tasty too :)

So tasty and felt very safe! When I said I had a “gluten allergy” they immediately said “we take that very seriously” and noted it on the order. Everything is GF except the pita and baklava. Dedicated fryer! Fries and falafel were delicious.

The fries with feta and garlic sauce were incredible!! Dedicated fryer, everything is GF besides the pita and baklava. Great house made beverages too - I had the mint lemonade and it was super refreshing. I feel it is quite decently priced for Seattle so I appreciated that.

Absolutely amazing! Everything is gluten-free besides the pita and baklava and there is a very clearly labeled designated fryer 🙌 Highly recommend the Garlic Fries 💁♀

Great spot when you want some Mediterranean food. A lot of menu is GF and the fryer is GF as well. The goat cheese fries are awesome.

Most of the menu (besides the pita and baklava) is gluten free. Their fryers are dedicated gluten free and vegan, and labeled as such, which is cool. The falafel is great and very well priced.

Most of their menu is gluten free and the food was tasty. While there is some cross contact possible in their process, they took great care with changing gloves and using fresh topping bins so I felt safe.

This review is for the food truck, which I adore. Like others have said, they’re very familiar with celiac and most of the menu is gluten free. They’re happy to take extra precautions and fries and falafel are GF. Really enjoy their food, so much we bought their garlic sauce to add to additional things at home! My celiac diagnosis has meant both finding great restaurants that are safe and upping our home cooking game and falafel Salam let’s us do both

Super yummy food and they take extra care to accommodate GF. Both fryers are marked gluten free. Plus it was the best falafel I’ve had in a long time!

Really amazing falafel, so crispy and honestly the best I’ve had in Seattle. I’m also a big fan of their beet salad and Greek fries. Their meat is a bit bland, but if you’re looking for a safe GF falafel option, this is it.

Almost everything on the menu is GF, except for the pita and baklava. They have a nice allergy statement on their site, and will work to accommodate food restrictions and allergies. The fryers there are both gluten free, so the falafel and fries are safe! Not the best shawarma, but the falafel is excellent. Will definitely return!

Very careful about cross contamination. I am a sensitive celiac and did not get sick

Great food. Everything but the pita bread is gluten free. Dedicated frier.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I also love their food truck found in different places around town. Dedicated fryer for the falafel and the dishes are delicious. Tell them in advance your dietary needs. Always great.
