Staff were awesome, told me every sauce they use and all meats are GF. Separate fryer for fries, too. Only thing I had to stay away from is the bread, obviously. In terms of pure BBQ, this place is insane. Brisket tacos are fire. Huge new spot for Evanston celiacs!
