Got a grilled cheese on gf bread. Was pretty good but small. Asked me if it was an allergy or preference. Not too sure about cross contamination

We went back to get ice cream later in the day and I asked if they could get a new tub for the ice cream . The girl didn't even look up and was kinda rude about it. She said no they won't do that so I just got a drink. They were also out of the gf cookie it says they have.

The food was excellent! I was kind of bummed because they didn’t have any whitefish left. I really wanted the whitefish bagel. Instead, I ordered the breakfast burrito as a bowl because of being gluten free. It was EXCELLENT!! The owner was very knowledgeable about gluten since she said that she needs to be gluten free, also. I asked for a recommendation for a sweet coffee or tea drink. I ordered the chai tea. It was ABSOLUTELY amazing!! So much flavor and was sweet , but not too sweet! My family and I played memory and Uno card game, also. They have lots of books to read and beautiful art to buy. A cute little play area is in the back for the kids, too!! I would definitely eat here again and highly recommend it!!

I'm not sure what measures were taken to prevent cross contamination but the person taking orders noted that it was an allergy and they had some precautions. I ordered the breakfast sandwich on gluten free bread which I believe was Canyon Bakehouse's multigrain bread. It was really good and they give you A LOT of egg. Also got a grilled chicken sandwich to go and it was good- came with a bag of kettle chips. I also got ice cream the night before and it was also amazing.

Had the breakfast sandwich on English muffin and didn’t care for the English muffin, it was much drier than last years sandwich, which was a different English muffin (pretty sure it was a Glutino English muffin last year), it was more of a multi-grain, and was very dry and crumbly, just ok.

Several hard packed ice cream gf options and they had some individually packaged gluten free cookies. We liked the pumpkin cookie most.

The falling rock can make any sandwhiche gluten free, and the bread was SO good! I think it was the seed and sprout bread by Udi’s? They were SO good with preventing cross contamination and even wore multiple gloves! The owner was there and when we thanked her, she said she knew how hard it was to find gluten free food and she was happy I could eat there.

Even the sides (pickle and chips) were gluten free!

Cute little place and excellent meal!

I ordered a grilled sandwich with gluten free bread and a soup using their online ordering. I was able to leave a comment saying I had a gluten allergy. My sandwich was cook in the same stops as a regular sandwich. My chicken had a flour tortilla cooked over it. My soup came with toast and it was cooked in the same toaster as the other bread. It took me 35 minutes after my pickup time to get my order.

Breakfast sandwich was delish and how I always imagine a breakfast sandwich... plenty of egg, cheese, bacon and a bagel that did not disappear under the warm egg. Cashier did ask if I was Celiac and cross contamination.

Falling Rock never disappoints. They are great about safe food. I had the grilled chicken avocado and it was great.

This place is great. They have GF bread & are careful in their preparation. I had a sandwich & chips & it was good. Neat place also -combination cafe, bookstore & artspace in the back. Work by real artists, not the touristy trinket stuff. Great place to stop at if you are in the area.

My go-to for GF when I'm in Munising, their GF bread/ sandwiches are really tasty! I'm pretty sensitive to cross-contamination, but I've never had a reaction after eating here multiple times in the past 3 years.

This place is awesome! Very knowledgeable staff. Separate kitchen area and utensils for gluten free cooking. Lots of bread choices. Highly recommend!

Excellent sandwich with gf bread and they are even vegetarian and vegan friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff very friendly.

Awesome little spot, love that they take extra steps if you mention you are actually allergic.

we found this thru find me driving thru the U.P. we're truly surprised and thrilled to find delicious gf options (try the bbq chicken sandwich) even gf soup! would definitely hit the next time I'm up here.

Had the grilled chicken and avocado on gluten free bread, came with chips and a pickle - sandwich was good and I didn't have a bad reaction(I'm very sensitive to gluten) they also have good dairy free options, I had a chai latte with almond milk :)

I couldn't eat since I'm celiac- shared grill means nothing cooked is safe. they do offer packaged cookies and a yogurt parfait, though.

Ordered the turkey sandwich on GF bread. It came with potato chips. Tasty sandwich with great bookish atmosphere. I'll be back on my next trip through town.

The nicest people, great gluten free options would definantly go here again My son and I were pleasantly surprised with a gluten free egg mcmuffin....yum!

Went twice during my stay. They use Rudi's GF bread/bagels/English muffins. I had the smoked fish open face sandwich on English muffin with cream cheese and a breakfast sandwich on a bagel. Both we good. Glad I had somewhere to eat while in town. Their Iced Vanilla Latte was really great too. It definitely has a bookstore/coffee shop/ice cream parlor feel, but is open late for cafe type food anytime of day. Definitely yummy, but not amazing.

Any of their sandwiches can be put on GF buns, bread, or bagels. They also have GF muffins and cookies. The food is delicious!!
