The buffet has the gluten-free items randomly marked. There is a sign saying the sous-chef may be able to help you. There were probably 10-15 items marked but some of them were things like romaine lettuce. There was a gf pasta dish but it was stuffed with cheese and I am dairy-free so I can't comment on it. GF desert was jello or creme brulee or bite size brownies.I stuck to meat and veggies. The food was just okay and not worth $25. I was unwell for a couple of hours after. I DO realize that buffets are risky. This one promised a spectacular view but failed to deliver.
