This a buffet that has taken measures to ensure safety for those who cannot eat gluten. They have a designated toaster that is red with wrapped gluten free muffins and bread. The hot buffet items are well wrapped. Staff was very helpful and gracious when asked questions. One staff member made my daughter her own oatmeal to ensure it wasn’t contaminated and got her fresh brown sugar from the back.
