Even though Fancett's doesn't have a separate gluten-free menu, the chefs go out of their way to accommodate diners and are very careful with cross-contamination. I was told which substitutions would be made on the set menu. The food was incredible, and the atmosphere is cosy and welcoming. Menus are seasonal, so there's always something new to choose from. I can't wait to go back!

I was asked to state any dietary requirements when I booked, and they can’t guarantee GF option with out this, but my goodness, I was SO well looked after. There was amazing GF bread, and my own olive oil for dipping. A lot of the menu was explained to me, and every course I had multiple options (they have a small seasonal menu, and I’d estimate at least 75% was fine for me). Probably one of the best GF eating out experiences I’ve had. I’ll be back.

Knowledgeable staff, brilliant food (if spendy). They had gluten free crackers for cheeseboards, though no gluten free dedicated fryer (but chips aren’t really the most important thing at this restaurant)
