So many options and oh so safe. One of the handful (3) places on South Padre Island that will take care of the customer with Celiac. The food was amazing and beautifully presented. The entire staff understood my challenges. It is a higher end restaurant but worth every stinkin' penny.
Yesterday we went to the restaurant and Brandon the server was very attentive and knowledgeable about Celiac Disease. He explain us that they can convert some dishes to GF Celiac Safe. And that they take this very seriously. My son is the one that has celiac and for sure I will take him there. Food is delicious!
This place is absolutely amazing. They are so accommodating to people with dietary restrictions. The food was absolutely delicious. The staff is knowledgeable about food allergies. I went here for my birthday and had the filet and enjoyed it so much. The even had a gluten free dessert which I tried and thought it was delicious as well. If you are on the island I highly recommend this place if you have food allergies.

Can confirm that they did have gluten free bread here and I got it with the mussels. Very good overall!! Had the risotto as well
This place was INCREDIBLE! The only dinner spot we went to that was amazing with allergies. Asked if we had any allergies and proceeded to double check all ingredients for my many allergies. They brought us gluten free bread (!!!!) and had gluten free pasta. I have many allergies including soy and dairy, and they were so nice and helpful. The staff is top notch. This was definitely the finest dining we came across. The fish was amazing, the mushroom salad was delicious, the scallops were perfectly cooked, can’t say enough good things! It was my birthday so it was nice to find a great spot.

The gluten free/celiac disease option are amazing we had mojitos and a bottle of Rose
I had Tomato & Buratta with gluten free Bread Scallops ceviche which was fantastic my friend had the Seafood Risotto and I had the Roasted duck everything was absolutely delicious I was even able to have a gluten free dessert which was the pana cotta with berries which was so silky creamy and delicious I can't wait to come back to this island and I will definitely come back to this Restaurant.
I even had a server that was from Germany like myself we chatted and the service was definitely outstanding I would give 10 stars if I could.
No gluten free menu but almost everything is gluten free just let the server know and they will take care of you very safe to eat there
I called to ask about gluten free options and she said she was too busy to tell me and refused to even let me know if they have any options. She suggested I go eat somewhere else if I wanted to be sure it was gluten free.
Most things on their menu can be made gluten free. They have gluten free appetizer bread as well. Very classy place, a wonderful night out. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I had a wonderful dinner at F&B South Padre Island. When I called to make the reservation the night before, they actually asked me if there were any food allergies in the group! Way to go F & B! You had me happy from the that moment. Our server was Rene. I told him I was GF and he asked if I was Celiac! He told me everything is made from scratch so everything can be adapted, plus most things are GF anyway. Our group started with the Pork Belly and the Hamachi Crudo. My main course was the Whole Charcoal Grilled Branzino. I finished with the Berry Gelato. What a gorgeous new restaurant! Great for special occasions! Everything was fabulous and perfectly prepared. They do have GF bread and pasta (I did not order). The bread was served with a lovely herbed oil. It was nice to have something different than what the island serves! Good Luck to F&B. You definitely won me over last night!
